HOW TO ORDER

Determine the style
goggle you want from the pictures

Determine the lens color
and edging color wanted

Determine the quantities
of each type wanted

Look up price per dozen for
that style and quantity
|

5.
|
If RETAIL order,
multiply quantity by price each- Add $5.00 for shipping and handling for
first goggle and $0.50 for each additional goggle for US orders, foreign
orders contact us via E Mail at kroops@starpower.net

If WHOLESALE, determine
total price based on cost per dozen per type at total quantity ordered, and
FAX, mail or call order in. Mixed orders receive pricing at total quantity
ordered.

Maryland residents add 5% sales tax

On E-Mail orders, if no
confirmation within 5 days, resend.

NOTES: Custom Edging is softer than Original Edging.
Ventless Goggles are primarily for skydivers who wear contact lens. All UV
Protected lenses cover UVA and UVB. On 50 or more dozen orders, you may elect
to have half shipped now and the balance in 30 days. All orders are NET 30
DAYS to customers with established accounts.
Shipping, Insurance, and C.O.D. fees will
be billed to wholesale customers. Orders outside US may specify method of
shipment. Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless specified
otherwise.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for Retail
and Wholesale orders.
